Our Story

A sun-drenched corner of North Phoenix, painted in aubergine, mustard and marigold.

Desayuno Cafe was born from a simple moment overseas: sitting in a European café where people lingered over coffee and truly enjoyed the morning. Founders Jaime, Kirk and Val brought that feeling home to Phoenix, building a warm, colorful neighborhood spot for made-from-scratch Latin breakfast and carefully crafted coffee.
